Babalakin shows up in court

Chairman of Bi-Courtney Highway Services Limited, Wale Babalakin (SAN), who was declared wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) yesterday was in court this morning to answer to the charges of criminal conspiracy and money laundering to the tune of N4.7billion.
The businessman who was supposed to have reported to the anti-graft agency yesterday did not show up.
He was however in court this morning.

Interesting. Many years ago a certain prof opia, husband to Ruth benamasia of the nta fame was declared wanted for fraud .....saw him the other day a free man. He went into hiding and I'm sure having gotten a few people settled has resurfased a free man....efcc should tell us the progress made in the appeal of Lucky igbinedions case. 2nd bass pls.

CAVEAT:

Anyone calling the EFCC (on any of their provided phone numbers) to give details about the whereabout of Wale Babalakin should not forget 2 hide his/her number. Better still, d person should travel 2 d nearest village, state or country & call from a business center.
