Yes, it can. Ur subjects combo should be Use of english, Mathematics, Economics and Government or Geography. It is either u do Government or u do Geography, if u are going for Accounting as u have stated above. Oau doesnt accepts commerce or accounts in UTME & POST-UTME. Hope that helps.

acct is nt even a must. Maths, Econs and other relevant subjects paves the way. Geog may be considered.

Absolutely impossible. Only cross-faculty changes may be possible. He was nt able to cross the hurdle to acct in d first place. IR is a good course with copious opp and diversities. You can say that again.
