That ur past question is nothing but a failure, am very sure and 2 sure to say dat richard constitution of 1946 was expected to last for nine year(principle of Government and citizenship education textbook page 84).
5. Am not very sure of number 5, but i taught it should be separation cos the separation of power avoid others organs to interfere in the work of one another which create room for the existence of check and balance.

yea,.. plutocracy is govt by the rich. Aristocracy is a govt ruled by few persns of the highest social rank i.e the nobels, the elites, intellectuals etc while plutocracy is govt by few rich and powerful group...they are in charge of economic resources..examples of plutocrats are landlords, industrialists , financiers etc
