3G and Camera are entirely different stuffs that can be used together to improve communication.

In a 3G phone, a Camera either snaps or may be used to make coverage and 3G been an internet streams the video and sends picture.

If a phone does not have a camera, it doesn't mean the 3G frequency won't work.

Pardon me, but you need to read more to know the purpose 3G serves and how it works.

that's because the mentality is that 3G = video calling capabilities
Na. 3G = High speed connectivity. Plain simple.

The focus of this phone is on its music capabilities, and not the camera. Thus, there's no cam.

Come to think of it. How many '3G' phones have a front facing camera Do you intend standing in front of a mirror so your caller can see you
