Well we got a draw out of it. We should not expect much from this team, average players so inexperienced notice that most of our tackles even in the final minutes of the game were worthy of yellow cards. Also the pitch and officiating did not help much.

Eagles played a very good game,if they fail to qualify from the group,i,ll still support them.They were super,its sad Mikel missed the penalty.I wont blame him for that,overall it was a very good match.

Nigeria played really well!!! It was a commanding performance by the lads...We played against the defending champions, remember?

But 4 d FAKE penalty and some missed chances,we would have won.

Football needs LUCK at times...in d past 2 matches, LUCK has eluded us!!!

Believe me,whether we qualify or not, I think Keshi is building a good team...#That EMENIKE guy is a player I admire so much.

That said,I believe we will qualify. D game between Ethiopia and B'faso mite just end in a draw...and if that happens,we can still top the group!!! RELAX GUYS!

Too many things to ponder really. Nigeria is not really pulling its weight in Africa and that's why we keep getting these types of 'foolish' referee decisions.

O'boy, take heart sha. It happened to me on Monday and I went to bed in anger and heartbreak. Today, I was wise not to make that stupid mistake by expecting a win against our opponent. Anyhow it comes, I will accept and move on; afterall 8 teams will go home after the first round and they didn't swear for them from home.
Good prep begets good performance.

There's so much contradiction in your post. How can you play very well and be depending luck to win? When last have you heard luck and Barcelona in the same sentence. It's only a bad team that will depend on luck to win a game.
