buh u put barca into ur initial post ... U dnt want to believe that u need a bit of luck in soccer init?
You can't rely on luck if you fail to do your home-work. Teams like Barca don't depend on luck but teams that play against them may depend on luck because of the level that Barca is in. Nigeria cannot be relying on luck against a team like Zambia and Burkina faso. I don't see anything special about these teams. if we can be talking of luck here then i wonder if it's miracle we'll be expecting when we play Brazil, Spain, Italy or Germany.

Guchis: Keshi is a capital FOOL. He has no business coaching anyone talk less a national team. Zero tactics, no game plan, no plan B, nothing! Imagine leaving Ike Uche on d bench and playing Musa who has no business in SA to start with.
He's just chewing like a goat munching cord.
Rubbish!

fool do you watch football, ike uche for ahmed musa,is Ike uche a winger?what are you talking about, ahmed musa is a winger okay,so if u dont know football shut up ane learn

he has scored two goals for chelsea fc, in carling and fa cup respectively.

he aslo scored against Zimbabwe in 2006 ACN, 2008 ACN against Benin and 2012 ACN qualifying against Liberia.

But for some unnecessary ego on the part of Eagles' handlers, OSAZE O, OBAFEMI M and T TAIWO are still relevant in this team; IMHO.

honeric01: Why did God curse Nigeria with so many useless citizens?

THE SE commanded the game from start to finish, the ref gave the game away, yet some cursed Nigerians are blaming the players/coach.

Onatzi was a great addiction to the defence/attack line and did nothing wrong at all, the team played well, better than the first match.

GODDAMMIT!

tanx honeric, coz sum nigerians r so daft 2 think.

THIS IS A LIE, THEY CAME TO MOCK, NOT TO SUPPORT, THEY CAME TO LAUGH AT THEMSELVES INDIRECTLY.. FOOLISH PEOPLE, THEY CAN SUPPORT ANYTHING FOREIGN EVEN IF THE TEAMS THEY ARE SUPPORTING HAVEN'T WON ANY TITLE FOR YEARS, THEY EVEN FIGHT FOR THESE FOREIGN TEAMS, BUT WHEN IT COME TO THE SE, THEY MOCK AND CURSE.

THE EVIDENCE CAN BE SEEN HERE ON THIS THREAD, EVEN THOSE WHO DIDN'T WATCH THE MATCH END UP INSULTING THE TEAM.

this is not about mikel missing a penalty, it is about a conspiracy that our NFF seems to be oblivious about, drawing two games because of refrees decision is not something that happens naturally in football, I expect to see fireworks from NFF with papers flying and phones ringing, with even threats of pulling out of the tournament if the issues are not addressed immediately, it is better not to participate than to participate in a tournament that you have been eliminated, from even before it begins, the boys played well, what went wrong is the fact that they know they can rob nigeria and get away with it.

Seriously, I don't understand people that are blaming Mikel. Most PK specialists are the same people that loose PK that eventually cost them. However, Mikel made up for it with the possession that gave us our goal. The ref was terrible. Keshi is a bit not technical and passionate enough. He could have changed tactics to close the games (this and last one)

vanstanzy: Why on earth did NFF sack Siasia? He was building a team, and things like this need time. We can never get it right if we keep hiring n firing at will.
True talk! Same thing will happen if they fire Keshi, we will just go bak to square one. It's like those NFF people think someone can just come & do wonders with overnight (wen im no b Merlin), even Westerhof only got it right at the THIRD trial.
