Role: To manage revenue period and provide additional management by
the coverage of operating hours and direct supervising of operations
in an individual shift.

Principal duties and responsibilities:
• Conduct briefing, share target and update with team member.

• Assist in management of day-to-day operations by managing labour, counting inventory and supplies, and developing the restaurant team.

• Ensures that facility and equipment are maintained to company standards on a day-to-day basis.

• Supervises others efficiently and coordinate their works.

• Assist in management of day-to-day operations by scheduling labour, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team.

• Ensures health and safety compliance, and company safety and security policies are met.

• Assists Profit & Loss management by following cash control/ security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labour, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.

Required Qualifications and Competencies
Hotel Management/ at-least 2 Years of exposure in managing / leading a restaurant.
a) Basic business maths and accounting skills.
b) Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
c) Strong analytical & decision making skills.
d) Basic computer literacy.
Must be a team player and a team leader
