The Recruitment Process for NIMC is credible. I'm just an average dude who applied and I've gotten to the stage of training. Everything is possible with God. Its true some people have connection but others can succeed too with determination and belief.

How can you explain these, i wrote the CBT since April 27th, no result shown, interview invite was sent to some candidate, training invite followed and subsequently APL will come next. Atleast, my result should have been shown to me to help reduce pressure thereby giving me hope for invite and not randomly and secretly shortlisting/selection. Anyway my fingers and my legs are still crossed.. Thanks.

@Chyna4luv. I wont totally agree wt u. Hw many oda tests hv u written wt such crowd dat d results were displayed. Pray 2 b called, I believe d process hv bn credible at least 80%. Peace!

The message is on my other phone. @chyna4luv,maybe u applied for a different position. There is no doubt that some people were helped from the inside. But myself and some of my friends who I know have no insider did well and got this far. I don't know anyone in NIMC and the day I applied,I just hoped and prayed. So just follow up and know which position u applied for. I applied for enrollment officer. So just know what the problem is.

It amazes me when someone consoles himself with deception of godfatherism as the cause for failure.

Recall the Posts were over subscribed. They Will look for a way To Select the actual Number of applicants translating to Successes And failures. Be Bold And read Correctly the Writing On The wall. Look for Other Opportunities. Develop Yourself. Take Up Courses Online. There are so Many Free Ones Available. Check Out Coursera.org, edx.org, hplife.com, Etc. Also Consider Competing For 10million naira grant In the youwin programme (youwin.org.ng).

I am yet to be called for training...but in my view, I strongly believe the NIMC recruitment
Process thus far has been very credible. A big thumbs up to NIMC DG and his management team. The process thus far, rekindled in me the believe that there is Hope for my country (NIGERIA). Surely, we are not there yet as a nation, however, we are not where we use to be as a nation... A clear indication of a state of progress. I participated in first bank aptitude test(CBT) yesterday, and my score was not displayed for me to see. Very few organizations display CBT recruitment result in nigeria. Infact, I only know of UBA... Ask a human resource expert if u know any, i guess there should be logical recruitment selection process explanation he will give u as as regard why they don't display CBT results, especially when it involves large number of applicants...like that of NIMC (158,000 wrote the test).

I am from delta state yet to be called for training...but if eventually I am not invited for training.. I would take it that God have a better package for me somewhere else and will still judge the recruitment process credible.

So my dear! let us give it to NIMC they have tried thus far.
