Says who? A lady was invited for interview yesterday and she confessesd she didn't write the test. No be Naija we dey? Mind you those of us that attended the interview yesterday were managers and above cadre matured adults and we were given full respect by both the panel and documentation officers,

i dont deny the fact the u were manager, remember some managerial posts were interview b4 u And dat does not stop uR post to be invited. For the lady the were called for interview without test i could be posible. But one thing is sure being a manager does not override other posts. U can only function Witin ur job description. Also know that interviewers are not the same as trainers. Dont mix things u.

@ Juri, Honestly, i cannot say precisely if there will still be invitations for interviews for positions not yet called.
But based on my personal opinion, NIMC seem to be behind schedule on the project’s kickoff date, hence they are very much in a hurry to conclude the recruitment process and commence the project.
It is very likely that the Positions that they have called for interview presently are very crucial and essential for the ''take-off'' of the project, so they have to be on ground once the project starts. So they start with the crucial positions first. In other words, some positions may still be called for interview & training even after the NIMC project kicks off . So all hope is not lost if your position have not been called up for interview. ( This is my opinion, am not speaking for NIMC).
It is also pertinent to say herein that ( based on my experience working with some Organisations), certain positions demands discretion in their recruitment process. These positions can be advertised to follow due process, but discretion demands they be recruited based on Management Selection or Special Recommendations. In view of this fact, certain positions may not be called for ''general'' interview given the discreet nature of their job designation. NIMC management may deem it fit to restrict these positions as the case may be. (Pls this is my assumption, i shouldnt be quoted as NIMC source).
All Registration and Enrolment Officers will be called for training. Similarly, IT positions and Customers Officer positions MAY also be given training based on their job requirement.
But definitely , not all positions will be called up for training.

My genuine source has told me during my quiet time that all those invited 4 interviews will very likely get the Job.. It told me that the essence of the NIMC interview r as follows: 1)to know whether u r really who they think u r, 2)to verify nd ratify ur credential, 3)to be sure that u r not insane or physically defective..

I was made 2 understand that the questions they were asking was not a form of examination but just a means of interaction.. Thats why they kept on repeating questions...

so those who have done interview shouldn't panic. Just keep ur phones on.. (my source is not from NIMC)
