For now, we cannot defeat the ivorians with our crazy 4-3-3 simply because they have a more choking midfield than us and Ogude cannot handle the pressure from tiote and yaya.
We have no issues with the defense but there seem to be no one linking the midfield to the wings and the attack and Mikel is too skill-less to do that from an attacking midfield role.

My view:

We can revert to a 4-2-3-1 formation.
Mikel and Ogude can hold the Defensive mid, provide cover for our defense and locking the game at when needed. In front of them should be Moses, Onazi and Musa or Moses Onazi and Uzeonyi(who i think would be more serious on the ball been an Home based player). These three attacking midfielders should be given special training sessions on sharp short passes, high tempo interplay amongst each other...where no player should hold the ball for me than 3 sec. Our midfielders asides MIKEL lack long passes skill, they have been so far so worse in their long passes and the best way to make play is reduce the space between the defense and the midfield, and also the midfield and attack. Only a well mastered 4-2-3-1 will address that...
