Sorry to disagree with you. Everybody cannot be admitted, the second list is just to make up for the few available space due to the inability of some of the 1st batch candidates who were unable to meet up and some course which the school does not admitted people directly into i.e. marketing etc. And moreover, we are all aware that an attempt by the school to over-admit student this session my be suicidal for the school.
Be patient and don't blame anybody for the delay in releasing the second batch, i believed that there are always issues and the management must be working to reduce those problems (i.e. Imagine some people that never had issue before and preparing for todays graduation to be given expulsion letter 3 days ago due to alleged forgery of O'Level result.

Therefore, if your name is out congratulations, if your name is among the recipient of the 2nd batch congratulations, if your name is among those that will be admitted after some considerations, congratulations and if your name is not among them by the end of next week, I will say congratulations to you too because it is never the end of the way. Good luck
