goto the HEADQUARTERS of your local government and u will b offered d state of origin,bt polyibadan too will gv u a form partaining to cert of origin to sign @ ur local.govt

Below are the things you need for the registration:-

*Acceptance fee receipt(4 copies)

*Cbt result (4 copies)

*O'level result(4 copies)

*Admission slip(4 copies)

*passport (10copies)

NOTE:- you must finish ur reg @ main campus b4 going to d campus u r posted to and keep @ least 70thousand naira(70k) for d reg stuff,for who choose polyibadan as second choice,keep 7k for d change of institution ooo....i rep team bus.admin ERUWA CAMPUS
