you need to be aware of to make your
sojourn in the Polytechnic Ibadan a success.

• The polytechnic Ibadan, has a general
UTME cut-off of 160, unless otherwise
annuled this year by JAMB.
• A proficiency in Computer basics is
required to successfully sit for and pass the
post-UTME test.
• The post-utme of the Polytechnic ibadan
is a Computer based examination, hence
the need of computer knowledge.
• The subjects to be taken are basically
UTME subjects with substantial current
affairs included.
• The polytechnic Ibadan, accepts O-Level
results combination, including a
combination of WAEC and NECO with
upper credits.
• To sit for the polytechnic ibadan’s post-
utme, you have to purchase post utme form to enable you qualify for the cbt
Note: both Full Time and Part Time will
write Computer Based Test.
• The polytechnic Ibadan, unlike other
polytechnics, send your examination(CBT
post-utme) results to your mobile number
which was included in your registration
before it becomes available on their
website.
• The post-utme is a total score of 100
marks with questions consisting of UTME
subjects and current affairs.
• The post-utme consist of 15 well
structured Computer based questions

i disagree on d area of purchasing two forms (except u're talking abt d HND applicants), only 1 form is needed which is for d post utme. Note dat only dos that pick dem as 2nd choice wil be required to buy two form i.e change of institution and then d post utme. Secondly, u said ibd poly accept combination of waec and neco with upper credit, pls elaborate dat o'level with upper credit. No qualms bro!

my sister chose pub admin in her jamb, but want to change it to mass comm, she registered eng, econs, gov and literature in her jamb, no maths, and she scored 172, plz can she go ahead with d post ume?
