To every having problem of scratch card no solution Dn to gt a new scratch card* if u not in MX u can negotiate with either Mystery or 2chi to gt 1 4 u.

Guy u cnt change ur dept. during manual reg. bt u cn do dat @ d end of 100L......though i dont knw d course u were givn bt biliv me u wil nid a very gud CGP 2 change 2 BCH n another thing there is dat u wil hav 2 pray dat ur H.O.D release u wen d time comes cos no Dept. wil lik 2 Lose 1 of there best student 2 anoda dept. n if he did'nt allow, its gonna b difficult......#Rexsul BCH.
