I made an initial drawing on paper, but didnt follow the initial concept, because it was too complex and there were too many complex details that would only make the image meaningless. I wasn't sure what the background would be like at first, but after a while, i was able to make it potray my idea about a Beautiful Dream.

I do 3D actually, Its just that, i find 2D this days interesting, because nobody taught me to use Macromedia Fireworks, i learnt on my own, i know this might be hard to believe, but i haven't gone through any tutorials online. so i'm still fascinated by what i'm learning and creating at the moment and besides 3D requires a system with good processors, RAM and so on which i dont have.lol

interesting story. the 3d isn't bad sha. I am actually more impressed in your art impression. I just thought a Wacom tablet and Z -brush would task you and make you a conventional pro. Hug a discipline before you become a jack-of-all-trade.

I am not gifted in drawing, so I try my best to compete against the 'naturAL artists', both 2D and 3d

Weird! Lol. Well sometimes to be come a great artist isn't by trying so hard to create something beautiful or creative. There certain things you need to mix in ur mind to be good and creative. The truth is No one taught me to use Macromedia Fireworks, I've never learnt with a tutorial online. U know I was just tired of not doing exactly what I want. Since I'm into Communication Strategy I just adapted my idea.


TRY and Read about Visual Metaphor and Audio Metaphor, Public Relation, Branding, and so on. Understanding dis things will help u be a better designer.
