you are right tex, i dont do big order via cn or hk. CVM still handle them for me.. but there some orders like 10usd or 30usd max i normaly use CN or HK for that. i ordered for some internet tv stick via cn the order day, the seller sent me a fake one that doesnt work... you know wat i did? i wrote a bad feedback.. now is almost 3 weeks the seller has been begging me to change the feedback.. that his boss will sack her, she said it was not there fault in anyway but the fault came from the manufacturer now she has sent another good worth the amount of the previous one to me just for me to change the feedback

yes.I bought d Android tab on 24/July,so d guy sent it through HK after 2 days but from d info i got from Nipost website d item was ready for collection on 6 July but i haven't receive any call from Nipost.But d problem is d tab is in Nigeria at "NGOSHO". RC243625295HK IS THE TRACKING NUMBER.

I think on the average HK Post takes about 15days (+/-3). I also got a watch, sent 26th July and nw it says it was tendered for delivery on the 7th of Aug without success. Will check d post office tomorrow.

NIPOST might not call u, especially if they have tried a few times and ur number is not available.. go there and claim ur good.

The modem does nt recognise sim card in some systm especially when another modem software is already installd while it fails to connect to internet in others even whn there is full bar. It also disconect nd sudnly ask u to close d interface occasionally. I must state dat this is nt d case always as sm customers say they are enjoyn this modem. Bt d numbr of bad feedbk is more. So my people i wud like 2 knw if u are experiencn similar problm. nd if u're nt, where did u get urs. I got mine frm cv. Though i've also got some sellers bt am jst nt sure of quality.

That was less than 10,000 worth of goods, I use cvm when buying larger, besides I stay in Owerri, The nipost woman that called is just too friendly, I used their office address for delivery, they no get qualms

I ran into this forum early May and i took time to read from season 1 to 2 and then placed my first order on aliexpress. When i got the item thru Singapore post(12 days after shipment),my best friend saw it and insisted i must sell it for her so i sold it for her and made 300% gain(although i have since compensated her with other items because i felt bad for doing that) Ever since then,most of my orders are usually thru Singaporepost with average of 11days and i do pay custom dues(though minimal#500-#100 because i buy in bulk) with receipt issued.


On procurement,i prefer Alibaba to aliexpress because the prices are too cheap. Moreso,i look at so many things before buying from a seller. I make sure that the company i'm buying from have the necessary CERTIFICATION that conform with European standards and doesn't use child labour among other things.

If i need a single item from a seller on Alibaba,i simply tell him/her that i need up to 2 times the MOQ then i start asking series of questions about the product . The seller will then BEG me to buy a sample or two and see for myself before placing the order and most time i do go back to buy their MOQ.
On shipment,DHL do charge me average of $16/kg(i think it depends on your negotiation with the seller) and i receive my goods 5th days after shipment(i live outside Lagos) but i think CHRISVICMALL is still the best (they charge $8/kg for normal shipping) aside their lack of effective communication. Always try to call and chat with them through WECHAT as those are the two ways to 'easily' get to them if you're buying thru them. The best way is to buy your goods and send it to them for shipment else be ready to sweat (lol) if you're procuring thru them.

Valuehandlers is another promising shipping company with $7.5/kg for their normal shipping (7 days) to Lagos(I haven't try them that was the price sent to me when i mailed them).

Advice for the newbies (like me). Don't be too lazy and come here to ask silly questions(like will i write my father's name when i want to pay on aliexpress),read from season 1 and take the risk; i did that and my bank account is growing fat!

sory abt ur case. I experienced same prob wit d modem i bought fm a top rated seller in my neighbourhood (here in 9ja) @ a much higher price almost two yrs ago. D modem hardly stay connected 4 10mins and dis was so annoyin. However, i've procured quite a numba fm AE and i avnt come across such issue. I buy fm skypoint.
