What I noticed yesterday was that AIRTEL now charges 4.00 to any network, I sent a sms to a MTN number and I was chrged 4.00.

Whether it is 2 naira or 4 naira, it's a welcome development. Atleast it is far better than the 10/15 naira there were charging before now.
