When currency pair is rising, try to find out the fundamental reasons behind the rise. Then wait for price to pull back to a support; if the fundamental reasons behind the first rise has not changed, then the pair will rise again from support.

Same applies to when pair is falling. This is the idea behind sentiment trading strategy.

In my next post when am on pc I will give you the site where you can minute by minute update on what is happening in the market, so you will be able to know when sentiment changes.

On the 1hr Chart gold seems ready to rise but higher time frame still says down. I'm on the fence till 4hr and 1hr agree to point in the same direction. What do you mine by Oranges? (I'm referring to older posts)

Check out the daily tf chart that I posted on the previous page. Unless the lower trendline is broken again, I am longing gold. It gapped up at +40 pips at the open. I am looking to buy around 1578.

Just to let you know that Monday's trade analysis, when the market opens at the beginning of the new week (Sunday if you are in the US/Europe) are usually the hardest to pick and if you wanted a day off trading, that would generally be the day to choose. The reason being; I am looking at the previous week's prices and the new open prices for the week when making my analysis on a Monday and of course many things can happen between the close of the market one week and the opening of the market the next week and the market sentiment can often change. Just bear this in mind each Monday.


Overall there is strength in the CAD, USD and AUD.

Overall there is weakness in the GBP, CHF and JPY.



Buy Trades - CAD/JPY, CAD/CHF, AUD/JPY, AUD/CHF, NZD/JPY, USD/JPY, USD/CHF

Sell Trades - EUR/CAD, GBP/USD, GBP/AUD, GBP/NZD, GBP/CAD

If you haven't shorted it earlier i would advice that you wait cos its coming up once again. If it does reach a good top level, then you could sell. Or rather wait till midnight when the RBA would make a decision as to whether to cut interest rates or not.
