Customer Service

We are currently looking for an outstanding customer service person who is very confident and knows they can perform at the next higher level. Our ideal candidate is looking for a safe and measured transition into a sales role and values an opportunity that provides Sales and Product training. Passionate and Pursuasive candidates will be the most successful.Outbound calls into the customer base to facilitate ordering and to introduce new products, merchandising, and training.


Build management-customers relationships
Communicate via email and phone on a predetermined schedule
Understand/Determine merchandising and training needs, as well as report status
Use standard scripts and procedures
Acknowledge common objections and deliver response.
Keep database updated with current and potential customer’s information and communication.
Identify, plan, attend and support Exhibits/Symposiums/Demonstrations where Company's products are to be displayed.
Be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually
Answer phones as needed
Other duties as assigned



Requirements:

BSc/HND in any social science discipline.
1-3 years in Customer Service.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
Proven ability to demonstrate empathy over the phone
Can clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
Good listening and responding skills.
Solid problem solving skills.
Outstanding telephone personality
Self-starter with strong time management skills.?
Effective communicator – written and verbal.?.?
Passionate and persuasive people are the most successful.?
Ability to follow directions closely.
