I'm one of those who didn't have much faith in purchasing items from Nigerian online stores but last week Friday, I decided to give it a try inorder to satisfy my curiosity by buying some items at www.

After I made my purchases, I received two calls from different customer service agents of Jumia confirming my purchases.

On the day of delivery, I also received a call from the delivery man to confirm if I was available to receive my package.

I will say I'm pleased and impressed at the quality of service delivery from Jumia and the items delivered are genuine and in good condition.
