Milan certainly won't allow that, especially in a Champions League knockout match.
The only teams that Barca have 'thrashed' in recent memory are Bayer Leverkusen (7-1, last season) and Bayern Munich (4-0, in the 2008/2009 season).
Those teams were at best, marginally-below average sides.

No doubt Milan has the advantage but I still don't think the game is over. Milan in the Serie A haven't been spectacular and they have weak points. I believe with Tito returning, the game at Camp Nou will be a different ball game from what we saw today.

This was a classic 'play to your strength' tactic and it worked wonders for the Rosonerris. Wenger and his bunch of jokers called defenders should watch a video of this match everyday for the next three weeks to learn how to defend and take chances when opportunities arise.

That was why attacking aimlessly today was useless. Barca was trying to force a space and make a chance, insteead of passing and waiting for Milan to lose shape. That would have been a better approach.
Isn't that the issue with Italian clubs in that they do not bulk in their back four quite easily. Honestly, I didn't see how Milan was going to score in that match but when I saw how they were closing out the final ball of BARCA, I knew it would be a tough game for them. BARCA hope will be to play their fast pack football that will take the shape out of MILAN very quickly..

If Tito is not back for the next leg, I think Barca is out.

I know Milan will park a Caterpillar in the next game but Barca plays loads of matches every season against this system. Almost every team parks the bus against Barca. So that won't be knew.

and if you have proper memory, you'll also remember that game ended 4-3 in favour of the home team. nobody cares about hat-tricks, united will outscore them anyway cool

If every team plays this way, do you think anyone will have time to watch football? Still repping English, my bet is on Dortmund and Bayern. Not the kick and Hush English system.
