Recently I see a number of girls looking liKe black Americans especially our Nigeria stars in terms of their skin color, but most of them have the blacK eye. Some people speculate that its as a result of the toning cream. The truth is I admire these girls and will love to look creamy but I am scared of it having any bleaching side effect on me. So I will want to know if there is any diference btw toning and bleaching. I will appreciate any advice from a specialist.

I use to have a frnd who I knew to be darker than myself,not untill I saw her last year,she become as white as snow wit no black spot,trust me nau I asked her what d secret was nd d answer she gave me was scary she said"hmmmm Achenyo,nah relaxer I dey use as body cream ooo"mehhhnn,I almost fainted,my dear forget bleaching or toning,I don't know u oooo,but u r beautiful just d way u are.
