This is to bring to our attention how most dealers here don't seem to know the difference between a brand new car and a tokunbo car!!!!

It is becoming a source of worry when most people put up a car for sale, mostly Nigerian used cars and they go ahead to call it bought brand new!!

On further investigation, you discover the car was bought as a tokunbo at the ports & used for a while in Nigeria before putting it up for sale!!!

A car that is brand new means a car that has never been used by anyone else. Cars been used for a month or two can never even be referred to as brand new.

Please take note....realistic dealers like Inspired_M & Phemmy Autos and others who buy good clean cars with very low mileage refer to their cars as Almost LIKE brand new, not brand new.
