Job Details
• Review and approval of Civil/Structural engineering calculations.
• Preparation of Civil/Structural engineering plans, designs, and layouts.
• Development of Civil/Structural project specifications.
• Development of Civil/Structural engineering aspect of project proposals.
• Preparation of Civil/Structural engineering portion of project cost estimates.
• Perform field activities such as observe and record existing field conditions, take and verify measurements within project area.
• Active participation in all the phases of project development
• Supervision to completion of Civil/Structural engineering projects and ensuring that all relevant documentations are prepared and submitted to the lead engineer as required.
• Manage all the stakeholders on the project to achieve success.
• Organize and preside over project meetings
• Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering design documents.
Education level B.Sc. Civil Engineering, Building Technology & Construction Management
Experience needed 6

Job Details
Plan and execute preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation maintenance.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance stoppages with production planner (co-ordinate maintenance down time with production times)
• Ensure job cards are issued to specific technicians at specific times to conduct planned maintenance activities as per schedule.
• Ensure allocated work matches the skills levels of the technicians to whom it is allocated.
• Ensure stores are informed of spares, tools and materials required ahead of time.
• Ensure periodic checks conducted on all maintenance activities.
• Ensure standard engineering practices are developed, documented & implemented.
• Ensure root cause analyses are carried out on breakdowns and properly documented.
• Plan and coordinate coaching for technicians where necessary.
• Ensure job cards checked for completion, signed off & captured on SAP.
• Make recommendations to asset care specialist to improve maintenance mix.
• Detailed development plans in place & executed for all direct reports.
Formal development initiatives conducted in partnership with HR.
Education level HND/B.Eng Mechanical Engineering

• Ensure a detailed preventive maintenance plan as per Company Asset care strategy .
• Ensure all maintenance activities conducted according to agreed maintenance plans
• Appropriate staff mix in place to effectively plan, carry out and review all maintenance activities.
• Ensure technicians are appropriately skilled to complete required maintenance activities as planned.

• PM Tasks completion
• Maintenance schedule compliance
• Machine breakdown
• Ensure spares planning is done to support all maintenance task and breakdowns.
• Ensure spares availability as per plan and agreed budget
• Ensure spares ordering, follow up, receipt issue and other stores processes are adhered to.
• Ensure Inventory level of spares are within budget.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with SC colleagues to review, discuss and plan operational issues.
• Conduct capability gap analyses to determine both current and future development needs for all engineering staff
