Its really crazy the way these house agent charge for agency and commission fee, if that's ow they charge most of them shouldn't be living in a face me I slap you house. Haba a single room self contain the charge 100k how much is the apartment then? And coupled with the rubbish house dey will show u @ d end of the day? Its alarming oooo.
