I have been contemplating this for a long time,

my doctor says if you have to work out any time ,you should have a light meal one or two hours before any work out.( says it prevents you from trembling after a tough work out )

my Personal Trainer says its good to work out on an empty belly, that way your exercises are targeted on the fat stored in your body.

Personally,i feel bloated and heavy when working out, this is after having breakfast and hitting the gym.
