I have been trying the code DEACTIVATE to 440 I keep getting no respond also called customer care thier keep saying busy, pls any body with any other way to deactivate it pls should kindly help thank u

i also hav this prob, calld customer cares like 10 times and dey kept on saying they dont hav the application on their systems and dat i shld call... its frustrating
