Pls, i'l like to knw what one can do so as not 2 be obesed after marriage,not lyk i want 2 be skinny but,i want 2 maintain a healthy weight.Thanks

Eat healthy foods and exercise.
Drink loads of water too.
Focus more on vital vitamins and minerals, omega 3 fatty acids too,
to make your skin shiny grin and glowing.
Reduce your carbohydrate intake.
You'll be fine dear. Don't fuss about it kiss
