@ST.Latyv, Yes u can apply. My sister is also a corper and she will finish in October.I bought d Form for her. U will only need to present ur NYSC certificate wen registration starts....dat will b mayb Nov, dec or january. Of cos ur certificate will even be ready before d result comes out. All d best.
