My case is the state of mind of these drivers and conductors. Are they really sane? Over 80% of they are' high' on something daily. We all see how they carry out their business on the road which maks one wonder if they are aliens! I think regular workshops should be organised for them. They are just lunatics! Apologies to the good ones though. |

Reminds me of what happened a couple of weeks back. I boarded a bus at charity to obalende. The conductor shouted that people stopping at oshodi should disembark because he can't stop on top of the bridge cos of lastma. One man refused to come down stating that he asked from the beginning and was promised that he would be dropped at oshodi "oke". The driver told him that if he does not get down, he would not stop. The driver then angrily drove him to Anthony and told him to come down despite pleas from everyone for the driver to stop him. The guy refused to come doown and threatened to deal with the driver while making "fake calls" for guys to meet him at obalende. When we got to obalende, the guy quietely came down without saying a word to our surprise. As the driver drove off, he said "Don't mind them jo, I was actually going to board BRT bus at oshodi to cms but God blessed me with free bus, all that one I was doing was mere fronting jare" It was hilarious! 2 Likes |

I de proud of my language. @ op just make good money so you no go de follow poor people de share the same experience. If you wan commute Use your own car (not moto o) or hire, if you de always travel long distance my advice, fly 1st class or charter or best buy a personal jet. Good luck. |

This just happened to me two days ago. The conductor knew the fuel won't be enough to take us to our destination,so he didn't waste time in collecting money from us, not up to a minute he collect money from me the next thing fuel finish... Lobatan In the middle of the road we had to push it to one side first before shouting and calling for our money, but it was too late as the conductor don jump enter bike go find fuel come. The driver could not give us as he don't know how much we paid, we had to wait till the conductor come back. |

The last time I checked, Nigeria was a third world, sub-saharan sh1thole country with smelly and BLACK citizens. You people need to get a life instead of pretending Abuja is supposed to be Washington D.C and Lagos is New York or London full of tea drinking oyibos. Hello, you have the biggest cesspit slum called Lagos. Which kind of buses do you expect those inhabitants to ride back to their villages on weekends? |

Afam4eva: At least those inter-state buses are better. Have you entered a danfo in Lagos before? I don't know how people can enter a bus that's supposed to be in the trash. These buses are accidents that have already happened. Enugu is worst.. Conductor go nearly siddon 4 ur head.. Crazy dirty ibo pigs. |

If you are talking about inter-state buses, the best are those Toyota Hiace (Hummer) Buses plying the Lagos - Onitsha road. Comfortable, Air conditioned. If you have a rickety bus plying that route, you're on your own cos nobody will enter your bus. |

hardbody: I last enjoyed the benefit of those misfits more than a decade ago, so presently i cannot even remember what it used to be. Suffice it to say that when i drive, i see those moving coffins and sometimes sypmathise with the cargo of people being conveyed. Even intra state, i do 'the air', so presently, no recent experience. I however relate with what you guys are going through whenever i drive pass the yellow buses. God will do it for all of you.dey ther dey form butter |
