There was salary increase for all civil servants between 2009 and 2010.

Both academic and non-academic staff of all federal higher institutions got salary increase. SSANU, NASU, NAAT got salary increase of 53.37% in 2009, after which they called off strike action

ASUU also got 52% salary increase in 2009

Youth corpers got over 50% increase in their allowances in 2011 or thereabout

Medical doctors and other health workers (nurses, pharmacists, etc) got about 50% salary increase in 2010

Teachers (of Unity Colleges) got about 25% salary increase in 2010

All federal civil servants benefitted from the increase in minimum wage to N18,000 in 2011

These are ones I can remember and the weight of all these increases reflected in the recurrent expenditure of the 2010 and 2011 budget
