ogugua88: [size=13pt]I actually don't see anything wrong with Genevieve's dress. People hate it because it wasn't Halle Berry or Jennifer Lopez that wore it. The same people who condemn Genevieve's dress have praised Halle Berry's see-through dress and Rihanna's semi-unclad poses. We continually find every reason possible to hate our own stars and have no problem defending westerners, even when they're wrong.[/size]Dats simply becos we are Africans and we love our own....we warn them when it seems they r goin astray(off our customs)...as for the americans(and karen igho who as far as am concerned is a Briton and not Nigerian) a Yoruba adage translated says it is another man's son that can be watched in amusement while displaying as a mad man...who dares watches his son displaying craze and laughs? |
