My Country folks who still uses Barber`s Clipper. How best to protect themselves to avoid infections esp. if one cannot afford a clipper. Doctors in d house pls advice. Two Docs argued beside me on best approach. One said fire cannot kill those micro organism and d other said said they can't withstand it.
