The National Emergency Management Agency Monday said it spent about N1.3 billion on relief intervention during last year's flood disaster which ravaged many parts of the country. Speaking at a press conference in Abuja, the Director General of NEMA, Alhaji Muhammed Sani-Sidi said the agency had serious challenges attending to disaster victims during last year's massive flood because of limitations of its structure.
