A man working at an illegal oil refinery site pours oil under a locally made burner to keep the fire going, near river Nun in Nigeria’s oil state of Bayelsa.

What difference does it make if it was found inside Jonathan's bedroom? If shell buries their all their oil pipe deep inside the ground as they do in the whole of Scotland, there won't be illegal oil to refine. It they leave oil pipe on the surface anywhere in the world on the surface, there won't be a shot of illegal refinery. That is a fact. I personally thinks that Jonathan is a weak leader, but you guys can't blame him for everything, including your wives being bad cooks.

There is no problem with this. Of course it is creativity!

Since most of our crude oils are refined in oversea, this man has to find alternative source from locally available materials to refine what could have travelled on sea.

And nigerian government will come out to say they are doing something for the developement of the local manufacturers.
