Hi everyone. Sorry 2 digress.. But I have an important question. Failure 2 report at your ppa, on time. But for a reason, probly serious illness. Does dis attract service extension?? Also, any suggestions on how 2 go about it?

I was posted to ladoke akintola university ogbomoso.They pay 10k and provided accomodation(not too exquisite, u got to adjust).well the place is okay and transportation to the school is 120 everyday.

I heard dat redployment after camp is very difficult unless 1 has d backin of an oga @ d top.....any tips of how i can go about it? I wud really appreciate ur response

13 corpers were posted to the school.The principal told us he doesnt need corpers but after much talk he accepted us all.

Rivers state has more interior villages with no light, good water and network than they have cities.

So when you want to pay N30k to runs your service to Rivers state, you might want to get a second opinion.

Foreign graduates used to have that option, but they stopped doing that as at 2011 batch C (or there about). No more preferential treatment, even in ppa's.

Had two foreign graduates in my camp (I believe there were more, but I only saw those two, they were in my platoon).

One actually got posted in a village local govt council.

The villa i was posted to has steady light.At least for the two days i was there .I spent a week in Uyo,light is been regulated there;comes by 10-11pm and goes off by 6am the next day.

Hey peeps, I was posted to G.S.S Egberu, oyigbo local govt. Rivers state. D place is a bit far from town. There is steady power supply cos of its closeness to Afam power station, making sense roads (all tarred). But my nightmare abt there is d sandflies, dey dont have season. Pls anyone with knowledge of anti-sandflies shld help out

Not only that. They will owe u for about 5months to who knows. We,the last Batch C have not been paid our state allowee n nobody knows the fate of those that are currently serving.
