BUYER PROCEDURE ON TANK FARM DELIVERY

Well, i will be glad if we can get a seller through you or from you, we are Ready to close the Transaction within 72hrs, if ONLY the Seller will be Real & Serious to comply with the following below.
Buyer - A = 10.000MT - Lagos Farm Tank Delivery for 36 Months.This Buyer is Ready to issue BG for 50.000MT if he Receive NOR for the that Qty but Monthly Delivery will be 10.000MT because of the Capacity of the Lagos Tank-Farm. That is Advance Payment.
Buyer - B = 20.000MT - Ghana Tank-Farm Delivery for 36 Months.The Paying Bank is from Nigeria, that means that the Bank that will issue BG after receiving NOR/ETA is from Nigeria.

BUYER PRICE #125 PLUS

1. Seller issues Sales Purchase Agreement to be executed by both parties, forwarded by Electronic Data Transmission (EDT), both parties shall Sign and deposited with respective banks.

2. Buyer Return Signed/Sealed SPA with Tank-Farm Receipt & Details,ATL & NOR/ETA Format & Seller issues Marine NOR/ETA to Tank-Farm.

3. Buyer confirm NOR/ETA & issue Full Bank Guarantee to Seller.

4. Seller’s Vessel Commences Transshipment at Tank-Farm & upon completion, Buyer Pays the Seller and the Brokerage Fees by Swift Transfer based on Total Quantity discharged into Buyer’s Tank-Farm.

5. The above Procedure shall be maintained on rollover basis, however, any amendment based on trust shall be mutually agreed by all parties concerned.

6. Cash Payment shall be effected to the Seller’s Bank and to all Agents/Brokers simultaneously by Wire Transfer from Buyer’s Bank within 24hrs of completion of “Q&Q” Report & Transshipment on out-turn liter, upon presentation of the transaction Documents at Buyers Bank.
Commission Sharing shld be 50/50 both buyer and seller r your fast collaboration.
