An Improvised Explosive Device laden Golf 3 vehicle has been intercepted by the Kano State Police Command at Inuwa Village in Ungoggo Local Government Area of the state. The State Police Commissioner, Musa Daura who addressed newmen today, said the occupants of the vehicle are now at large but were badly injured during a gun duel with the police. According to the commissioner, the vehicle was arrested yesterday at about 9:30am following a tip off from some members of the public and various IEDs were recovered from the vehicle. The intentions of the suspects according to Mr Daura were to cause havoc, which will subsequently lead to economic and social sabotage in Kano state. Why cant the Nigerian Police ever catch criminals?! Its always "THEY ESCAPED" with gun injuries, yet they are never caught whilst trying to treat the injuries!!  The NIgerian police Officers are disappointing to say the least! 9 Likes |

Naija police eh...una dey try sha,but why is it dat they always find it hard to arrest these guys alive. Who cares whether they r badly injured or not? Get these guys alive,prosecute dem,get dem talking and sooner or later every secrete guarding their operations will b revealed. That's what Nigerians want. Not stories..stories all d time. It is usual of the police in Nigeria since when armed robbers were the oga's at the top that the word "escaped with bullet wounds", "atlarge" and so on were Police words, now Boko Haram are the oga's at the top and what we here is same old story? How come the car was arrested and the BH members escaped? Hmmm NPF... Anyway, thank God for the lives that have been saved but it would have been a great victory if the BH members were apprehended to reduce their member strength and future attacks. |
