Turned out to be indequate fund on that account.

I don't think it has to do with limited fund coz I have more than enough in there.

Though I haven't requested explicitly for online transaction activation but have used the card for online shopping via Aliexpress platform couple of months ago. Don't you think that has been done already for me to have performed the transaction?
