1. let ur battery drain by itself
2. pull out d battery for 1-2 hours
3. Connect phone to charger and replace battery

at dis point after a while ur phone should turn on, if d battery is red or orange den it has been calibrated if not repeat 1-3 again but leave battery out for a longer time

is this a first subscription? make sure you have not tampered with the APN...set it to sim card default and you should be fine

yes. 4500mah. I have a friend who bought from eBay in bulk and he is using and selling it ( though don't know if he still have any for sell. But just so u know the battery doesn't work on stl 100. So u have to get stl2, 3 or 4 if y want to use the battery.
