yea it's working for me, no APN needed *440*1# Airtel BlackBerry complete. but some others are complaining that it's not working for them though.

Happy New month guys, My BlackBerry Q10 suddenly stopped getting 3G network on my glo sim, I can only get 2G, whenever I try to switch to 3G it will keep searching for network it won't find, what's frustrating is that this is the same fone i'v been rocking the 3G on glo for years, everybody else can get 3G on glo in the same area but not me. it's annoying...please any solution to this?

Only way to get the latest update is to do a security wipe after BACK UP, then connect phone to pc with BlackBerry link installed and with a good Internet connection, and reload the OS. This will install the latest OS on your phone.

If you have a system with BlackBerry link installed on it, a very good Internet connection, you can use your system to update your device. But be sure to do a back up of your device.

What some people I know did was
they backed up their device, did a security wipe ( be sure you remember your BlackBerry ID and password), connect device to system and reload OS through BlackBerry link.
