Kings1930: Do a hard reset by holding the two volume buttons down together till the phone goes off, don't mind the screenshot, then after restart, use the phone till it's completely off then charge |

gozibizzle: The only con I can think of is that Google doesn't allow their latest OS on older hardware so you might end up on android version 6 at best Other than that you should be fine. You'll stop being a BlackBerry user though  |

walcolm:Point of correction, Google does not control updates to O. E. M, it is blackberry that determines whether they will update the prive or not. For instance, Sony Xperia z that is over 3 years old, currently runs on the very latest version of Android. Blackberry is known to support their phone updates for at least 3 years, so the guy is safe. 1 Like |

Osinitu: An update has been released on BlackBerry world since June. Install the update and you should be fine till December Also there's a guy floating a petition on change.org to ask facebook/whatsapp developers to not drop support for BlackBerry 10 users...the more people who click to sign the better. Hi pals Ah noticed that since yesterday afternoon, ma watsapp stopped working, (it's already been updated) have tried everything ah could, still no show. Although, ah earlier downloaded the android version, and register with the same number am using on ma bb10 watsapp, buh after seeing how it works, ah deleted it. Only for me to open ma main watsapp, and it starts telling me "watsapp no longer support dis fone bla bla bla". Now ah don't know what else to do, any ideas pals?? |

my Z3 has been off for months now....it only bring red lights wen plugged have tried the old way(thats trying to update it thru OTA by connectin it to system) i used in restoring it when it ist happned but the way seem not to be working for it anymore....i had to drop the phone and buy andriod when it happened. but i cant keep leaving the phone that way? Anyone know any new way to go about it? Thanks |
