Governor Theodore Orji welcomes Foreign investors...

Foreign investors are poised to invest in Abia state as an outcome of their discussions with Governor Theodore Orji during his visit to the United States.
Governor Theodore Orji gave this indication in an interview with newsmen shortly on his return from the United States of America where he spent his vacation with his wife, Mercy.
He said that he had fruitful discussions with some of the investors who are due in the state in due course to do their fusibility studies.

The governor who made his feelings known about the crisis in the PDP said that it is not true that PDP governors absconded from the reconciliation meeting recently organized and maintained that the governors are still PDP members.

He stated that the party is still in charge and argued that what is happening in the PDP is not peculiar to the party as it is also obtains in the other parties.

According to him, the PDP is dynamic and has no problem as it will weather the storm and come out strongly.

On the arrest of perpetrators of the alleged gang rape of an ABSU female student by the police, the governor extolled the police for ascertaining that the incident did not take place in Abia state.

By that act, he said, Abia has been vindicated, adding that those who accused Abia falsely would now hide their face in shame.

He urged journalists to be factual in their reports.

Nice one! Hope he saw what standard/fit-for-purpose township roads look like.....that's my number 1 grouse with his administration; Umuahia (and Aba) could have been something else, if not for shoddy construction work done on the roads there.

Orji you can try as much as you can to deceive folks with your daily post on nairaland, but you are a disgrace to those that call themselves governors.

So you left your poor state to go on vacation in another country, and after being rigged in as governor for the last 6 years to protect those looting the state allocations, claim that now investors this and that is nonsense.

"Fusibility" my a.ss

people are busy fighting their hatred and they think they are struggling over Abia state government....if you have been of the fact that T.A is not working ,try to make a good assessment of what the past governor did and use it to analyze right...we know T.A had not been the fantastic governor people had envisage but he has been committed to transforming Abia state...and we all are seeing that he is working assiduously .

With regard to infrastructural devt in Abia state, the government is doing really good. I urge them to continue with the good works in Umuahia and Aba, and also other various rural/urban roads which I have spotted, where construction works are going on. Kudos to Abia govt!

i like all these legacy projects am seeing here,if these are what have been done so far or part of the legacy projects that T.A has been putting into place, that means he is working assiduously,am not minding what people are saying becos with what i see here i think T.A ORJI is working ....people should stop casting aspersion but try to encourage their leaders if they are working, and what i have to say is that T.A should continue doing his work and improve the more....
Re: Governor Theodore Orji Welcomes Foreign Investors... by obinalihe: 5:58pm On Apr 02, 2013
and the pendulum has finally swung to the other extreme, making T.A completely unique with the way he works,it shows task-oriented, maintaining definite standards of performance, and am urging him to continue in that direction to set up more transformation that will mark a new epoch in Abia state governance

All these people praising T. A. Orji should go the Aba City thread to display the current pictures of Aba City and the ongoing projects.

How can a governor be deceiving himself and squeezing the Eagle (Aba City)that lays the golden egg. All these T. A. Orji worshipers are incoherent, always posting pictures where he is pointing to heavens without showing us the actual project under inspection.
