Among others, I found these two responses (quoted below) in the ''Ooduwa Republic'' argument on Nigeriavillagesquare site and thought they sound ok. This is my own prescription. The dismemberment of Nigeria is imminent. But I will rather want to see a north-south dismemberment. Let the north go there way and the south, which I believe have something(s) in common, can indeed stay together but only after careful deliberations and agreements. world, this dismemberment isn't sane. it would take lots of cost to reorganize the financial structure, army and many other things. not to mention the massive relocation that would happen. who is the say, the new north/south countries wouldn't disintegrate further. the old guard of nigerian politicians would still remain |
