In Ghana there are no billionaires, not because they are poor, but because they are cautious after Rawlings blood bath, in fact there are more silent billionaires who will rather remain un-noticed than flaot their wealth to the detriment to self and family.

A simple arithmetic division of the current poverty rate by 2 doesn't seem like a bankable calculation to me..
