I learned this concrete stamping in the US. I don't know if it is something I will do in Nigeria. I can even do a concrete counter top for kitchens. The finishing I see here is good though.

The stone facing was installed like wall tiles. It comes pre-assembled in tile form.

As far as I know, the Concrete product is not sold. A company was contracted to carry it out.

How do they charge for the concrete stained job?. Also, what are the materials you can recommend for exterior screeding that will be water and moisture proof?. How much do they charge for a good interior and exterior screeding?. Thanks.

To address your questions, the stained concrete is charged per sqm, and depends on the condition of the site, i.e is it with the casting of the floor, or just the staining? what kind of pattern and approach are we looking at, etc. If you can describe the conditions of your site, a more accurate pricing rate can be given. just send an email to info (at) verticaimagesgroup.com. For exterior screeding, there are two options.

Option 1: Buy the premixed Suvinil screeding putty. This always comes out looking white. You just open the container and start applying. A drum costs about NGN11,000 right now.

Option 2: There's a homegrown solution, where a mix of portland cement and top-gum is used as screeding. It is extremely efficient, and much cheaper.

Kindly note that when screeding external surfaces, surface preparation is important, otherwise, the screeding might crack and fall off.

Charges for screeding range from 350 per square meter, to 800 per square meter. People who know what they are doing charge accordingly.
