Credit Reference Company (CRC) is a private credit bureau (owned by a consortium of 10 top Nigerian banks) incorporated in Nigeria and committed to transforming Nigeria's credit industry by providing a powerful tool for informed lending decisions and management. 

We are currently looking for the following positions: Foward CVS to chinikes@gmail.com

1. Officer, Database Administrator /Software (Ref. CRC/DAS)
Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and maintain the company’s database
• Implement appropriate data security, recovery control, data storage and archiving procedures
• Develop relevant database documentations, including data standards, procedures and definitions for the data dictionary
• Maintain data standards, including adherence to the data privacy regulations where applicable
• Liaise with technical, application and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security
• Commission and install new applications
Requirements
• Minimum of a University degree in Computer science or related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years post qualification in Database Administration for SQL, Oracle etc)


2. Officer, Data Management and Data Quality (Ref.CRC/DM)
Responsibilities
• Ensure effective management and maintenance of data provided by members/data providers
• Perform data quality checks for all demographic, firmographic and credit data received from members/data providers
• Prepare and detailed reports on data quality issues and resolve in conjunction with members/data providers
• Develop and implement appropriate strategies for resolving data quality issues
• Resolve all data problems, in liaison with the Members/ Data Providers
   Requirements
• Minimum of a University degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 4 years post graduate qualification with at least 2 years in data management position

3. Head, Sales & Marketing (Ref.CRC/SM)
Responsibilities
• Direct and coordinate the business development activities of the company
• Develop and implement market penetration strategies to achieve the company’s business objectives and goals
• Articulate and manage a compelling corporate brand that communicates the essence of the company and its unique value proposition
• Build an effective and efficient marketing unit
• Build and manage new customer relationships
• Develop distribution networks to ensure a wide reach for the company’s products and services
• Monitor unit performance against monthly/quarterly/annual growth objectives
Requirements
• Minimum of a University degree in any relevant discipline 
• Master's degree with a specialization in Marketing (relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage)
• Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience with at least 8 years in Sales & Marketing within a specialist service organization having corporate customers and 5 years in senior management position
