Guys can someone collect the atm for another person? my friend in vonorez(russia) that left on september on Federal government bilateral Scholarship wants me to get the money for him.i succeeded in getting the award letter today but the bank refuse to give me the atm because of differences in pics.advice me on what to do next because his family are in seriously need of the money and his mom is sick

i didn't see it with my eye, a friend who went yesterday told me but she did not collect blc she forgot her id card.

hmmm....ok o! Tnks 4 d info. Any way, our sch was almost into exams b4 d strike came up. So once we go bak we ar to write exams, so there is hope 4 us 'Agbamite' and my sch has pull out of d strike! May God help us in Jesus name, Amen!
