Margaret Thatcher was in Nigeria in
January 8, 1988 visiting Lagos and
Kano. Here are some of the photos of

then under the military regime of Gen. Ibrahim Babangida. Thatcher,
popularly known as the Iron Lady,
died of a stroke on Monday April 8,
