A six-year-old boy in the US has died after he was accidentally shot in the head by his four-year-old friend.

Brandon Holt, from Toms River, New Jersey was pronounced dead yesterday evening, less than 24 hours after being shot with a .22-calibre rifle by his young neighbour.
